Your 90-Minute Weekly Social Transformation Mission
As part of your TEFL journey, you’ll dedicate just 90 minutes each week to making a real difference in the local community. Through meaningful conversations and cultural connections, you’ll help Thai and Khmer hospitality professionals build confidence, strengthen their English skills, and feel more connected to the international world around them.
During your weekly volunteerism experience, you’ll have the chance to:
Chat with hotel, café, restaurant, bar, and tourism staff while helping them practice English and become more confident communicators.
Support local hospitality professionals as they learn how to welcome international visitors with greater ease and confidence.
Join fun language-exchange socials where travellers and locals come together to share stories, laugh, and learn in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Because sometimes changing the world doesn’t require a huge commitment — just 90 minutes, an open heart, and a willingness to say “hello.”

At the heart of Heal the Healer is an internationally recognised TEFL qualification that empowers you to bring education, healthcare, and wellness together to create meaningful change.
Your journey combines professional teacher training with Thailand's traditions of mindfulness, wellbeing, and connection. Through pathway-focused learning, you will explore how English communication can support medical and wellness communities while developing the confidence to teach, guide, and inspire others.

Develop practical teaching skills, classroom confidence, and cross-cultural communication abilities while discovering how education can become a powerful tool for healing.
Through specialised training, you will explore how English communication can support Thailand's growing medical and wellness communities, helping others gain confidence, access opportunities, and connect with the world around them.
Heal Through Thai Wellness Traditions
Your transformation continues beyond the classroom.
Through experiences inspired by Thailand's wellness traditions, you will explore mindfulness, meditation, movement, reflection, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
As part of your journey, you will have the opportunity to recharge during complimentary weekend visits to Voasis Natural Retreat, hosted by TEFL International Krabi and the Voasis team. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Krabi, you'll reconnect with yourself through restorative experiences including yoga, meditation, sound baths, sauna and steam therapy, ice baths, and other holistic wellness practices designed to help you relax, reflect, and restore your energy.
With limestone cliffs, tropical jungles, and the Andaman Sea as your backdrop, Krabi becomes part of the transformation — creating space for reflection, renewal, and growth.
Here, even doing nothing feels like a wellness practice.
(And yes, your nervous system will probably appreciate the break from emails.)
