Kayaking Tour

of Prehistoric Krabi

Take a kayaking tour through the dense mangrove forests of Ban Bor Thor where you can paddle to ancient caves like Phi Hua To. The caves contain fascinating prehistoric paintings, some dating back thousands of years. Then we travel to Wat Khlong Thom Museum and have lunch: this archaeological museum displays a variety of artefacts, providing a deeper understanding of the area's history. In the afternoon, we take a minivan back to Krabi town to explore the iconic twin limestone mountains of Khao Khanab Nam, a famous symbol of Krabi. A short longtail boat ride takes us to a cave that is home to ancient human skeletons and impressive stalagmites. We end to the day with dinner & shopping for traditional crafts at the Krabi Night Market.
